Quotes & Payment
EagleIEnterprises’ quotes are subject to confirmation upon receipt of the customer’s order and are not binding. The quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including the material description and the translation’s intended purpose.
By using our services, you agree to pay the fees associated with the translation services provided by our website. All fees are due at the time of purchase, and payment must be made in full. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other forms of payment as may be made available to you from time to time.
If payment is not made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend any and all services provided to you. We may also take legal action to collect any outstanding balances owed to us.
Upon successful transactions, you will see the billing descriptor BILLING DESCRIPTOR on your credit card statement.
Cancellation & Refunds
If the customer decides to cancel any work commissioned from EagleIEnterprises, they will be charged for all the completed work up to the date of cancellation, along with any additional costs or expenses incurred due to the cancellation.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. For example, if the completed work significantly deviates from the original order, the customer can request a refund within three days of receiving the work. EagleIEnterprises reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that it deems to be invalid or unfounded. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.
Delivery Times
EagleIEnterprises aims to deliver translations in a timely and efficient manner. The delivery times will be specified in the quote given to the client and depend on the complexity and volume of the project. The client must specify their preferred delivery time when placing an order, choosing between standard delivery and urgent delivery options.
If the client fails to provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner or makes changes to the project requirements after the project has begun, the delivery time may be delayed. EagleIEnterprises will not be held responsible for any delays caused by such actions by the client.
Liability & Jurisdiction
EagleIEnterprises shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in translations, delays, or interruptions in service. The client shall indemnify and hold harmless EagleIEnterprises from any and all claims, demands, or proceedings, as well as any and all associated damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
